• 24-hour shipping: Orders placed and paid for on weekdays by 2:00 PM are shipped the same day. Products with additional services (sterilization, anodization, gift wrap) are shipped within 24 hours at the latest.
• Delivery time: Carriers (InPost, Couriers) usually deliver parcels within 1 business day from the moment of shipment.
• Weekend: Orders placed on Friday afternoon and on weekends will be shipped the following Monday.

1. Check the status in the tracking link (sometimes the parcel is waiting at a collection point or vending machine).
